This role captures the responsibility of the 2 DTBVs and Dutch Holdings. With the Transfer Price model in SN (previous ELN and AMN business model), both DTBV ELN and DTBV AMN have significant financial flows and capture a big part of the FCF of the group. Dutch Holdings is a group of NL holdings.

In this role, you will report directly to the Company Holdings Controlling Director and you will join the new Performance & Controlling team. You will be responsible for the financials of DTBV ELN, DTBV AMN, Dutch Holdings and you will be the business partner for DTBV related projects (transfer price, etc.) with supporting functions like HR, Tax, Legal, SNU, D2D operations and DBS.

You will manage a team of 2 controllers and your team will be in charge of animating the performance of the DTBV model and for the Rolling Forecast of these entities. On top of that, your main responsibilities are:

• Financial consolidation DTBVs with input controllers (OPS, A&P, OVH, CBS, R&I, CCO)
• Hedging foreign currencies
• CBU alignment related to the DTBV model on L500, Interco, FCF, NCR
• Tax accounting and other tax-related topics (DH is head of NL fiscal unity)
• Sign off Export documentation and internal contracts for DTBV

About you

• To be successful in this role, you have a Business, Economics or Finance Master degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and/or controlling.
• You are a data-driven and logical mind someone who has excellent analytical skills (Office tools, PowerBI, Magnitude, Tagetik and other financial modelling methods).
• You have solid experience in partnering all ranks stakeholders in a complex matrix organization, strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical finance & data into understandable business insights.
• As a person, you will like working for Danone when you fit into a high paced and ever-evolving organization.
• You manage deadlines well and you can handle adapting to ad-hoc requests daily.
• You have a hands-on practical approach to providing guidance and direction in a challenging and dynamic business environment and you can influence, challenge and implement change.
• You are fluent in English, both in verbal and in writing. Dutch is considered beneficial given the landscape of the Dutch entities.
