About the Department

The finance department plays a crucial role in the organization's growth and development. The team collaborates closely with various departments to safeguard the financial health and sustainability ambitions of the company. They are responsible for general ledger administration, reporting, and budgeting while also contributing to the establishment and execution of an efficient Planning & Control cycle. It is a dynamic work environment where you will gain valuable experience and make a direct impact.

What Will You Do?

As a Young Professional Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to grow under the direct supervision of the CFO into a full-fledged role within the finance department. You will be involved in a wide range of financial processes and contribute to the further professionalization of the financial structure within the organization. Your tasks will include:

• Managing the general ledger administration and executing the month-end closing.
• Preparing and executing monthly and quarterly reports.
• Establishing a Planning & Control cycle.
• Assisting with budgeting and preparing financial forecasts.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to provide financial insights and analyses.

Your Profile:

• A completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Control, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or controlling.
• Ambition to grow into the role of Financial Controller.
• Affinity with sustainability and innovation.
• Strong command of English in an international setting.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
