As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge and experience in various departments within PGGM's investment management chain over a two-year program, such as the Front Office, Back Office, Risk Management, Strategy and Total Portfolio Management. The Financial Management & Analytics Traineeship is more focused on gaining experience across all areas of investment management to ultimately determine where you can add the most value. This traineeship serves as a two-year learning journey, allowing you to work in various departments of investment management while actively developing your personal and professional skills. During the traineeship, you will work on a series of assignments – a research project, a project, or an assignment within a department – each lasting six months, allowing you to develop comprehensively 'on the job.' After your first assignment, you will be in the lead to find an interesting and challenging follow-up assignment on your own. You are encouraged to take initiative, build a solid internal network, and discover the best place for you within PGGM. Do you dare to take the lead in your own Investment Traineeship?

In addition to the assignments, you will follow an intensive training and development program. After an extensive introductory program, you will go through a training program together with your fellow trainees, focusing on personal development, developing skills needed as a professional, PGGM knowledge, and subject matter expertise. The PGGM traineeship centers on your personal and professional development, with coaching, guidance, and peer consultation provided.
