About the Job

Co-pilot with the senior management team of the SN Unit and support in defining a strategy by brand, and challenging consistency of fuel allocation and action plan with this strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Business Strategy / Strategic Vision Operational: The Business Controller for the SN Unit is responsible together with the cross-functional team to deliver profitable growth, in which s/he leads on top of ongoing animation of results.
• Implement decision support tools and models aligned with business needs.
• Provide added value analysis and proactive recommendations on profitable growth model for brands/channel/customer.
• Impact on Business Results Direct: Responsible to provide relevant insights, trends but also look into the future to support the SNU management team taking the right decision to drive sustainable, profitable growth across all categories.
• Process & Projects Local First, BI-impulse, IRO/ D2D.
• Managerial Complexity Difficult.
• P&L responsibility for management of performance and expectations regarding the SNU, from GS till NPC.

About you

Target Profile

• Connect inside/ outside; foster collaboration with commercial teams across different medical categories.
• A strong analytical mindset, able to filter and implement new innovative ways to drive ROI.
• Highly engaging and uses different models to animate & drive business understanding.
• Ability to impact full scope of P&L till NPC.
• Education: Master degree in Business Economics, Finance.
• Experience (in years): min 8y, experience in different Finance roles, Sales/Business Controlling is a plus.
