For our Digital Marketing team in Rotterdam, we are looking for a:

Lead Campaign Manager & CMS Product Owner

This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategy. Together with the business, you’ll deliver data-driven campaigns that generate leads, drive conversions, and create measurable commercial value. Also, you will be managing our CMS, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business groups, regional teams, and local markets.

What you’ll do:

As part of the Digital Marketing team, you’ll bridge creativity and technology by:

  • Leading Digital Campaigns: Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including CRM, LinkedIn, and Google (organic and paid), with measurable results.
  • Owning the CMS & Website Platform: Act as the Product Owner of our Salesforce CMS, optimizing user experience, driving adoption, and shaping the platform’s future.
  • Supporting a Global Community: Collaborate with 8 business groups and several country teams to deliver high-quality content, campaigns, and landing pages while fostering a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Driving Training & Innovation: Provide training on CMS and campaign tools, support stakeholders with actionable insights, and report on performance to identify optimization opportunities.

What makes this role unique:

This is not your average marketing role. You’ll operate at the intersection of technical expertise and strategic creativity, driving impactful digital initiatives while ensuring a seamless connection between our content-driven digital marketing efforts and our e-commerce portal, MyIMCD.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking someone with:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing omnichannel B2B digital marketing campaigns, CMS management, and website optimization. You have been working extensively with tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn / Google Ads. Experience with Salesforce Pardot and CRM is a bonus.
  • Technical savvy: you are aware of what’s needed to track conversions through the marketing channels. Also, a basic understanding of HTML/CSS and headless CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Key skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing stakeholders and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Language & work authorization: Proficiency in both Dutch is preferred and English is required, and you must hold a valid EU work permit.
  • A global mindset: International alignment should come naturally, as you’ll work with diverse teams across regions.
