In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing agreements in the Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) ecosystem, shaping the future of sustainable aviation and driving significant global impact!

About the role

As Commercial Manager, you will negotiate agreements, shape partnerships and develop commercial strategies to secure SAF for SkyNRG.

You’ll be part of the Global SAF Sourcing & Trading team, which is responsible for securing SAF by initiating new opportunities, structuring partnerships and executing agreements with companies in the SAF production ecosystem. The team works in close collaboration with other SkyNRG teams to ensure sustainability, commercial viability and to stay on top of market developments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead commercial negotiations: Origination, structuring transactions and driving the process of closing sourcing deals.
• Structure and manage relations with partners throughout the SAF industry
• Strategy development: Develop and implement global SAF sourcing strategies. Develop commercial structures for cooperation with SAF partners.
• Manage internal stakeholders: lead internal alignment and decision-making.
• Market development: keep abreast of market developments.

Your Profile

Key qualifications include:

• Self-starter: autonomous and pro-active.
• Commercial acumen: proven track record in commercial roles and with contract negotiations.
• Relationship management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships
• Able to strike the optimal balance between spotting opportunities and being risk aware in dynamic business environments.
• Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary and international environment.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Background in aviation, sustainable products, or energy industries.
• Interest in and understanding of complex commercial structures.
