Vacancy: Jr. Sales and Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with clients.
• Handle RFPs and negotiate contracts to achieve favourable terms for the company.
• Prepare and manage company presentations and customer meetings independently.
• Attend and represent Hello Straw at trade shows.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Analyse market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Set sales targets and KPIs and track progress.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Dutch or any other additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in FMCG and network in relevant industries is a plus.
• Understanding of basic supply chain and sales processes.
• Passionate about sales and sustainable products, goal-oriented, proactive, independent, and hands-on.
• Minimum education: HBO (Higher Professional Education).
