What You’ll Do:

As a Production Partnerships Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how HelloPrint collaborates with our suppliers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data-Driven Pricing Management: Using tools like Excel, you’ll analyze and process pricing data to ensure accuracy and competitive positioning.
• Supplier Negotiation: Build and maintain strong relationships with production partners, aligning terms for mutual success. Strategic Decision Support: Provide insights and recommendations that balance the needs of customers and suppliers, even with limited information.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with internal teams to address production challenges and enhance decision-making processes.

Your contributions will directly enhance our operational efficiency, drive cost optimization, and strengthen supplier relationships—key elements in achieving HelloPrint’s ambitious goals.

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in procurement, pricing, data analysis, or a related field;
• Confidence working with Excel and other analytical tools;
• A performance-driven approach—you consistently deliver results beyond expectations;
• A no-nonsense, pragmatic attitude, using data-driven arguments to persuade and drive success;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus);
