The ideal candidate's skills:

• Previous work experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, System Administrator or a Developer
• Solid understanding of common AWS or Azure cloud technologies. GCP are also valuable.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Autonomous writer of Terraform code and modules.
• Good understanding of Cloud networking concepts.
• Familiarity with web application operations, including web servers, load balancers, autoscaling, SSL certificate management, and understanding the fundamentals of the HTTP Protocol.
• Excels in dynamic technical landscapes and swiftly adapts to deliver effectively in new environments across major cloud providers.
• Excellent communication skills
• Internal drive to learn, improve, and succeed

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Helm and ArgoCD
• Scripting skills
• Hands-on experience implementing security best practices
• Experience with Databases
• Skilled in Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins
• While we have a preference for candidates with at least two entry-level certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate, Microsoft Azure Administrator, etc.), we are equally keen to connect with individuals who can demonstrate equivalent expertise, even without formal certification.

The role:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual who thrives in the world of DevOps. Your passion for technology, commitment to continuous learning, and outstanding communication skills will be paramount. Experience in working within Agile Squads is beneficial.

• Work on custom projects for clients, sometimes very closely with their team
• Keep healthy communication with your project manager and client
• Deploy Cloud services manually or using reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Migrate Workloads from on-premise to Cloud or between Cloud providers
• Collaborate with development teams in the software development and release processes - establish CI/CD pipelines, promote usage or assist with Proof of Concepts of new Cloud Services, and advise on security & performance best practices.
• Write technical documentation
• Learn from your colleagues and teach them what you know.
