What you'll do as Senior Process Analyst Finance

You’ll envision and drive the evolution of our financial processes and systems as a key member of the Product Finance team. Working alongside Product Managers, Process Analysts, and Software Engineers, you’ll take ownership of our financial infrastructure, ensuring it keeps pace with our platform’s growth and continues to meet the highest standards of accuracy and control.

Your strategic impact encompasses integrating all innovations into our financial processes with keen attention to scalability and data integrity. And these integration projects can be highly complex. For example, when incorporating new warehouses into our financial ecosystem, you must ensure stock volumes and pricing data flows automatically and accurately into our bookkeeping systems. You’ll also regularly collaborate with software engineers and business stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions that scale across our operations.

In this role, you’ll leverage advanced analytics capabilities to drive continuous improvement, using tools like BigQuery to conduct deep-dive analyses that inform strategic decisions. Your guidance and leadership will be crucial in establishing best practices and ensuring their adoption across teams. You’ll report directly to the Product Finance Lead. Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from conception through implementation, ensuring solutions meet all technical and business requirements
• Drive the development of scalable solutions that connect business innovations to financial systems
• Establish and maintain robust frameworks for financial data quality and process optimization
• Guide cross-functional teams in implementing solutions that improve financial visibility and control

• Develop and implement data-driven methodologies for process improvement and automation
• Lead root cause analyses of complex issues, ensuring systematic application of insights
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge and best practice sharing

With a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in Product Management, IT, or Finance roles, you fully understand all theoretical and practical aspects of financial process optimization. You also demonstrate the leadership capabilities needed to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new methodologies.
