Business Analyst Digital

What Will You Be Doing?

As a key member of the NL Digital team, you will take a leading role in developing improvements for the digital portals for our customers in the Benelux region, optimizing integrations with backend systems. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe, development teams, UX designers, as well as sales, marketing, and category management departments, not to mention our customers and partners. You'll also work intensively with customer contact and IT departments, aiming to develop solutions and foster an agile mindset within the organization.

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will also contribute to the strategic plan for the domain you are responsible for. You'll proactively advise and support the business, shaping (new) digital solutions. This involves guiding the definition, design, development, and deployment of these solutions. By taking initiative in gathering customer and product insights, you'll always know what's happening and ensure your ideas—discussed with product owners—are prioritized and added to the development backlog.

Additionally, you bring:

• A completed HBO or university degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Knowledge and experience in developing end-to-end improvement proposals and drafting requirements.
• Experience in the development of e-commerce and digital customer solutions.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst in a digital environment.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in leading and taking ownership of digital improvement projects.
• Experience working in teams with both technical and non-technical roles and taking ownership within these teams.
• Experience with process optimization (such as BPMN or Lean) is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Scrum & Agile methodologies, engaging with stakeholders, and knowledge of new communication trends and e-business innovations.
• Native proficiency in Dutch.
• A strong command of the English language.
• A creative, out-of-the-box mindset for developing innovative solutions.
• Preferably experience within healthcare and web development projects.
• Willingness to travel (2 to 5 client visits per quarter).
