Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing Benelux (EBPT Benelux) is a group of GMP certified contract laboratories for the (bio)tech and pharma industry. EBPT NL has 5 sites across the Netherlands and is part of the internationally operating Eurofins Scientific. EBPT Benelux (with approximately 300 employees) offers chemistry, microbiology, biosafety and other testing services to the pharmaceutical industry, and tests biologics as well as small molecule drugs.

Job Description

As a legal intern you will work as part of a small team to assist our businesses located all over Europe with commercial contract matters. Your tasks may include:

• Support in reviewing commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, Services Agreements);
• Support in drafting documents;
• Updating, maintaining contracts database: input data, process reports;
• Analyze existing contracts and record key terms in a contracts overview;
• Familiarize yourself with our laboratory information management system (ELIMs) document management module;
• Familiarize yourself with company processes, procedures and policy documents.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor of laws or master of laws;
• Willingness to take on administrative tasks (such as inputting data into database);
• Excellent command of written & spoken English (other languages are a plus).
