Ahold Delhaize and its brands are committed to putting people first, whether it's about our associates, customers, communities we serve, or our supply chain partners. It is our responsibility to support human rights everywhere our companies do business, even when confronted with global challenges, by conducting our business the right way, every day. By doing so, we believe we can continue to mitigate negative impact and drive positive impact toward a more equitable society that recognizes and respects human rights.

About Ahold Delhaize

We are Ahold Delhaize, one of the world’s largest food retail groups and a leader in both supermarkets and e-commerce. Together with our 16 great local retail brands, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers, our people and the world around us. We offer a highly dynamic, international work environment in which our employees thrive.

Building internal networks is crucial in this role, where you'll develop and maintain strong connections with Ahold Delhaize brand and regional peers and key business leaders. Acting as a source of information and expertise on social compliance, you will educate associates through training and internal communications. Externally, you will represent Ahold Delhaize Group on social compliance standards and relevant external organizations or multi-stakeholder initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders involved in social compliance standards and innovation.
