We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with proven experience in React JS and Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using React JS and Java
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality
• Document software designs and code for future reference

Qualifications

• Possess strong proficiency in React JS and Java with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• Show experience with version control systems such as Git
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing clean, maintainable code
• Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies as needed
• Display a proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of projects
• Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Show familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work effectively
• Have a passion for technology and a desire to make a positive impact on society through innovative software solutions.
