Job Description

Stryker is embarking on a multi-year journey to transform the payroll and timekeeping systems for seven of the largest countries in Europe. This role will provide direct support to that and will be responsible for maintaining the timekeeping system after go-live.

As Lead HRIS Analyst, you will work to understand business needs including the processes, reporting and analytics required for end-to-end business solutions. You will be the technical expert for the UKG (Kronos) timekeeping and leave management system, helping HR/business system users and the support teams.

What you will do

  • Recommend business process, reporting and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes
  • Configure, test and document system, security and reporting changes, along with data mapping
  • Define tangible test use cases that align desired technology output to meet business objectives
  • Create and manage data visualizations and/or user interfaces for end users
  • Participate in the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance
  • Drive consensus with business and technical teams to determine the best solution to business problems, output needs and the delivery of new technology solutions and enhancements
  • Build and maintain certain database architectures and create user-friendly interfaces to interact with output analysis
  • Serve as subject matter expert on current UKG capabilities
  • Understand and anticipate cause and effect impacts in touch-points within integrated systems

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 4+ years of work experience required
  • Previous experience in supporting timekeeping or leave systems, like UKG strongly preferred
  • 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Experience with Boomi integrations preferred
  • Experience with BIRT report creation preferred
