Within the Corporate Finance Department, the CRA Systems Team is the Solution Owner of the Nutreco Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system and its related processes. The Nutreco EPM system is used to consolidate actual results reporting, including both financial and non-financial results. The Nutreco EPM solution also covers a wide variety of reporting processes that are related to the reporting of consolidated actual results, such as forecast reporting, Supply Chain KPI reporting, and Capex reporting.

The CRA Systems team is responsible for the daily maintenance of all corporate reporting processes. The team is very active in process improvements, design of new processes, and finding ways to actively support our business users in the most effective way to report our results.

The CRA Systems team maintains and develops a fully integrated EPM solution and strives to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions, ready to meet future reporting requirements. To achieve this, we collaborate closely with support teams that impact the corporate reporting systems, such as the NCC teams supporting the Nutreco standardized ERP solution, the One Data team who develop PowerBI based reporting solutions, and the Global Master Data team maintaining the Nutreco data definitions.

The Nutreco EPM Solution uses the OneStream platform, and we strive to take an active role in the OneStream Customer Community.

About The Role

Responsibilities:

• In the CRA Systems team we perform both daily routine tasks and project-related work. In the daily maintenance of the Nutreco EPM solution, both routine maintenance tasks and project tasks are performed. We strive to standardize our daily maintenance tasks to create best-in-class maintenance procedures that will allow us to support a myriad of enterprise reporting processes.
• Support change management for the highly dynamic financial enterprise performance measurement processes, which need to meet the needs of various business stakeholders.
• You will support documentation and execution of standardized maintenance processes, such as:

• Maintain user security and security surveys
• Implement metadata changes
• Maintain mapping tables between source systems and target applications
• Maintain standard reporting hierarchies and support reporting hierarchy maintenance

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science
• At least 5 years of accounting / financial reporting processes, and/or IT experience.
• Experience managing EPM solutions.
• Passionate about applying technology to support gaining advanced insights in enterprise performance measurement, based on integrating information flows and preparing for future big data handling
• Basic understanding of C#, Python or data warehouses. Experience with OneStream is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English both in writing and speaking

• The Specialist will focus on working with standardized processes, while at the same time remain flexible to meet constantly changing business requests and understanding when standards should be upheld, versus where customized solutions are the right answer to the needs of our business teams.
• While getting up to speed with the Nutreco reporting processes, you will build the business knowledge and understanding to grow into a business partner in change management, offering high quality systems solutions and supporting the business in running high-quality business reporting processes that deliver the right business insights.
