We are seeking an IT Vendor & Contract Management Intern to support our IT department in managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and optimizing contract performance. This internship offers valuable insights into procurement, vendor negotiations, and the strategic role of contracts in IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and service levels
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements
• Develop and maintain vendor risk management processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address vendor-related issues
• Drive continuous improvement in vendor performance and cost-efficiency
• Prepare and present vendor performance reports to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in M365 Tool Suite, like TEAMS, OneNote, Loops, Planner, Co-Pilot, etc.
• Interest in IT contract management and vendor relations.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Willingness to adapt and change with the IT landscape. Being a frontrunner.
