Global Social Media & Content Lead

MISSION

As Global Social Media & Content Lead, you’ll play a key role in crafting and executing our social media vision, elevating Keune’s online presence through a blend of creativity, strategy, and community-building.

Content Creation

• Conceptualize, film, and edit video and photo content that resonates with audiences worldwide.
• Plan, organize, and execute content shoots, capturing high-quality material.
• Oversee all social media content created by the team, ensuring it aligns with Keune’s brand identity and standards.
• Establish and maintain content guidelines to drive consistency across platforms.
• Manage and guide the Global Content Creator

Social Media & Community Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish compelling content across Keune’s global social channels.
• Build and engage a thriving online community of hair professionals and beauty enthusiasts.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to amplify regional events on a global stage.
• Write engaging captions that reflect Keune’s voice and strengthen connections with followers.
• Analyze and report on content performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and support the Social Media Intern.

YOU

• You bring 5+ years of experience creating high-quality social media content and managing dynamic, large-scale platforms.
• Proficient in photo and video editing software.
• You have experience managing and mentoring team members, fostering collaboration and creativity.
• Flexible and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
• A self-starter with excellent time management skills, you’re comfortable working independently within an agile team.
• Above all, you’re passionate, creative, and always looking for the next big idea to elevate your work.
