As an Account Manager within the Semicon or Healthcare Sales team, you are ultimately responsible for the running business as well as expanding new business with existing and new customers.

We further ask for:

  • At least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in a business or technical field
  • At least 5 years of technical commercial work experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Experience with project management
  • Work experience in a technical environment
  • Full-time availability
  • Good communication and written skills in Dutch and English

Your daily responsibilities include

Of course, you don’t do this alone but with the customer focus team that you lead. You informally manage the Account and Customer Quality Engineer, as well as your Sales Support, Order Desk, Planner, and Project Manager. You ensure that they collaborate as efficiently as possible and that the customers in your portfolio are optimally supported with existing and new business. You are a true relationship manager, creative, and solution-oriented. At the same time, you ensure that existing work processes are followed and/or new work processes are developed by the team. Besides your work at Neways Advanced Applications, you will also be involved in commercial issues that transcend individual business units.

Your further tasks include:

  • Ensuring effective customer communication regarding, among other things, running business, the New Product Introduction package, and, for example, Lifecycle (engineering) services;
  • Shaping and managing formal agreements, price developments, and performance measurements;
  • Being responsible for the QLTC performance (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Costs) of our company towards the customer.
