We are looking for an experienced Senior Loss & Prevention Manager to review our existing and develop and implement new risk management policies within our omnichannel retail operation. In this role you will identify risks and suggest ways to mitigate or eliminate them.
As Senior Loss & Prevention Manager, you will play a key role in building Loss & Prevention, Risk and Fraud frameworks impacting our Retail environment and ensuring a safe and secure employee and customer journey. This is a new role, where collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization is crucial. You will set the Risk & Fraud Retail strategy that is implemented in and compliant for all retail company owned countries. In this role, you will manage and strengthen the Retail Risk & Fraud team.
