Campaign Analysis and Synthesis:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on affiliate partnerships.
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify key learnings and actionable recommendations.
  • Work with commercial and finance teams to integrate insights into campaign planning and execution through developing Commercial Playbooks.
  • Analyze affiliate performance data to identify high-performing partners and underperforming campaigns; suggesting and implementing optimizations to grow top- and bottom-line performance.
  • Recommend strategies for expanding the network of partnerships and maximizing the organisation’s profitability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Commercial teams (Business Development and Account Management), Operations, Finance, and Analytics teams to align on campaign goals and performance metrics.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, ensuring that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Commercial Strategy, Marketing Analytics, or Senior Sales role (or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. MBA a plus.
  • Experience within ecommerce or online affiliate marketing is highly desirable.
  • Business Acumen: A proactive, results-driven mindset with a clear focus on driving profitability and growth.
  • Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Analytical mindset: Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets with precision and efficiency. Proficiency in Excel and Tableau; familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.
