8-month contract | (minimum 4 days per week)

Are you an experienced Buyer with a passion for Lifestyle categories? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team for an 8-month maternity cover from April to November 2025.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Product Coordination & Development: Manage and develop Lifestyle categories for upcoming seasons (SS26, FW26, and SS27).
• Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, buying offices, and agencies to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Pricing & Margins: Prepare, attend, and report on business meetings, focusing on pricing strategies and margins.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Technical teams, and other departments to ensure seamless processes.
• Data Management: Maintain item master data in the ERP system, manage PIM attributes, and ensure collection book accuracy.
• Sustainability & Materials: Handle administrative tasks related to product data, materials, trims, and sustainability.
• Sample Management: Secure on-time delivery of proto samples, SMS, and counter samples.
• Feedback & Communication:
  • Prepare and communicate fit comments alongside the Technical team.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to address Proto and SMS feedback.
• Collection Preparation: Oversee and prepare seasonal collection overviews.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: proven background (5 years) in buying (in the apparel / sportswear industry);
• Passion for Lifestyle: knowledge or experience in Lifestyle products and/or BAH (Bags, Accessories, Headwear & Sandals) is a strong advantage;
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Collaborative, open to feedback, and a natural team player;
• Great communication skills – you’re confident interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.
