Internship: Procurement Plant-Based Ingredients and Texturing Agents

In this internship, you will be part of the Global Cycles and Procurement Ingredients team, within our Plant Based Ingredients and Texturing Agents category. Our purpose is to support senior buyers with day-to-day business and implement sourcing strategies across EDP, SN & Waters. During this internship, you will collaborate with various teams and coordinate/support on multiple initiatives. Your main responsibilities include:

• Work on 2 or 3 projects from our Productivity and Business Continuity programs
• Support the business in achieving cost savings through leading productivity projects
• Support the category in the supply chain to expand our network of suppliers
• Track and communicate the results to the stakeholders (Global & Regional procurement, operations, quality, R&D, and senior management)
• Support the category buyers with spend data gathering and analysis for financial budge

As a Plant-Based Ingredients and Texturing Agents intern, being highly motivated and proactive will be second nature to you. You can communicate effectively and enjoy being in touch with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. On top of that? You’re a self-starter, curious, and not afraid to share your opinion or ask questions when needed. You have proficient knowledge of Excel (preferably PowerBI as well) for efficient data analysis and possess analytical skills to transform data into useful insights. You are eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment that continuously challenges you.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university)
• Ideally available to start in March 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week (hybrid)
• You are fluent in English - oral and written
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and acquire a BSN
