About this role:

The Reward Manager role will help drive the strategic direction of the JET Reward team and influence the wider HR strategy. As a fast growing business, there are evolving needs around Reward and this is where you come in.

This role helps with the development and enhancement of reward products that support and enable business growth, and help the team to succeed.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of all aspects of reward programs, including salary structures, variable pay, equity programs, recognition initiatives, and benefits
  • Continuously assess and identify opportunities and bring a structured approach towards the improvement of plans and policies
  • Stay updated on reward regulations and best practices. Ensure all programs and practices are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations to our industries and geographies
  • Partner closely with other HR stakeholders thinking outside of ‘just’ reward, to build strong relationships, provide expert advice and educate colleagues
  • Drive data at the heart of our ways of working, providing insights that inform decision making and provides information to stakeholders at the point of need
  • Coach and develop a small team of Reward Analysts

What will you bring to the table?

  • Deep understanding of compensation, benefits and global mobility
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and HRIS systems for Reward analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
  • Change management expertise, navigating teams through complex transformations
