As Senior Privacy Officer, reporting to the Group DPO, you’ll be the main point of contact for stakeholders in areas like Information Security, Procurement, HR, Sales, Marketing, Tech, Product, and IT on data protection, privacy laws, and accreditation standards. You’ll focus on supporting consumer and end-user processes and keeping the company informed of relevant changes. You’ll advise on privacy by design, conduct privacy impact assessments, and deliver internal privacy and data protection training. As a strong communicator, you’ll answer questions and simplify complex information for the business.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• Manage documents like consent forms, cookie statements and privacy statements.
• Oversee several data privacy processes, including privacy controls.
• Lead a small team of Privacy Officers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for privacy law issues.
• Support compliance with global privacy and cookie laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy maturity.

What will you bring to the table?

So, you are a self-starter, who is curious about ideas of the business and wants to enable them to succeed, but is confident enough to say no in case it is not yet compliant. You are also passionate about privacy and data regulations. That’s great. But can you also say ‘yes’ to the points below:

• Extensive experience in privacy, ePrivacy, compliance, or change management, preferably in retail/e-commerce and law firms.
• Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Economics.
• Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPT).
• In-depth knowledge of Data Protection and ePrivacy Law, and AdTech (local and international).
• Proven expertise in risk management and process improvement.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks into actionable guidance.
• Skilled in coordinating work across teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Independent, autonomous, and a team player with leadership experience.
• Strong communicator in English (additional languages a plus).
• Willing to go the extra mile when needed.
