As a Business Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integration of new clients (B2B) or extended services with existing clients in onboarding projects. Where needed, you will also integrate new carriers/carrier services with the selected TMS partners as part of the onboarding project.

You will:

• Manage the integration of client businesses (B2B) and carrier service providers in project-oriented workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams (such as Customer Service, Finance & warehouse), TMS providers, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Set up client-specific shipping rules within selected transportation management system.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure project documentation.
• Transition completed projects to the operational team for ongoing management.
• Conduct IT-related root cause analysis and collaborate with TMS providers to resolve issues.

You have:

• A general understanding of IT landscapes and APIs, with a working knowledge of how APIs function.
• Ideally, hands-on experience with API tools (e.g., Postman).
• Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel, Excel VBA knowledge is a plus)
• Experience in the transportation industry (Parcel shipping) is ideal
