Within the ASML product portfolio, Yieldstar is a market leading optical metrology tool used to measure overlay of developed or etched lithography patterns. The overlay information is used by ASML's customers to control the yield of their manufacturing processes. The Yieldstar Optical Column Department is responsible for the optical systems that are used in the actual overlay measurement. We continuously strive to improve our products and to do so we are steadily improving the monitoring of their performance, and the correlating key performance indicators to design parameters.
The purpose of this internship is to analyze the quality of the optical performance of ASML metrology systems. You will collaborate closely with a team of architects and engineers working in the Optical Column department.
