CMS Manager (6-month contract) at The Social Hub NL-Hub

The Social Hub is seeking a CMS Manager to lead our digital content efforts and enhance our multilingual website!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it...

You will take charge of content management and optimization, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with our digital strategy. As the CMS Manager, you'll lead the CMS Team, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to enhancing UX, SEO, and conversion performance. With hands-on leadership and strategic insight, you'll oversee multilingual content implementation, streamline processes, and optimize workflows to ensure timely and effective execution.

In case you don't know who we are (ahem)...

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, and play—and most importantly—be themselves. As an employer, we look, act, and think like a hotel, but we offer so much more. Think student accommodation, long and short-stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bars, coworking spaces, and eat & drink escapes. Located across Europe and rapidly expanding, our hybrid hospitality concept is setting the stage to go global.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and work alongside the CMS team (3 members), sharing expertise and managing the content backlog.
  • Act as the expert and owner of the Content Management System (Episerver/Optimizely), leveraging its full capabilities.
  • Maintain a helicopter view of the web environment, managing projects from start to finish, including briefs, timelines, and updates.
  • Oversee content management for a multi-language website, ensuring proper implementation and display.
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure visibility on priorities, progress, and challenges.
  • Proactively set up and optimize processes related to content implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with external partners, understanding technical terms and processes for integrations and deployments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the CMS structure and document standard processes for operational continuity.

Who You Are:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Bring 3-4 years of proven experience as a Content Manager or CMS Manager.
  • Possess hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Episerver/Optimizely preferred).
  • Have basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
  • Understand SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Familiar with social media platforms.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a significant plus.
  • A fan of fun!

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company based in one of Europe’s most exciting cities.
  • We’re not just another hotel - we’re a game-changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future.
  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth.
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change.
  • Awesome discounts on all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!
  • The freedom to work remotely or to come to the office – whatever suits you best!
  • A wonderful workplace to call home - full of events, fun-loving colleagues, and of course all of the other amazing salary and benefit stuff.

Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are. 😊

The Social Hub is much more than a hotel. In our boundary-blurring spaces we bring together a new generation of bold change-makers to connect, learn, stay, work, and play. Creating memorable experiences for our community of hotel guests, students, creatives, enterprising minds and anyone in between.
