Platform Development and Architecture: Build an observability platform that enables product teams to create custom alerts and dashboards, enhancing their observability practices

Operations and Maintenance: Ensure smooth and secure platform operations by performing upgrades, troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and fulfilling all operational requirements

Best Practices and Support: Define observability best practices for the company and support development teams in adopting them effectively

Deployment and Stability: Enable the rapid deployment of new product features with the necessary safeguards to maintain stability, high availability, and performance

We’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent - or relevant experience
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in infrastructure or software engineering
  • Deep understanding of designing and architecture of cloud infrastructure
  • Experience supporting and building observability platforms
  • Experience in creating and refining observability strategies, including determining what to monitor and when to trigger alerts.
  • Experience defining SLI/SLOs for different services
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is not required)
