As a Maintenance Strategist for offshore grid connections, you're responsible as a central contact person for the development and improvement of maintenance strategies for offshore grid connection systems.

• In this role, you will apply methodological knowledge from the field of predictive maintenance.
• You will analyze data to identify trends and recurring problems in the field of maintenance and develop innovative solution concepts.
• You contribute to optimization projects in international teams and derive company-wide standards from them.
• You assume the interface function to manufacturers, operators, and suppliers for your area of responsibility.
• The identification and evaluation of risks arising from the operation and aging of equipment are part of your strategic responsibilities.

The Maintenance Strategist reports to the team manager of the M-OG department.

Your profile and background

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the field of Electrical or Energy Engineering.
• Experience with Data Analytics is a plus.
• You are able to ‘build bridges’ between different internal departments and external parties.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering is important.
• You show independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a team. This is for you just as natural as strong communication skills and very good English skills.
