At Effectory we help organizations to perform better through employee feedback, fostering a people-centric approach to reaching their goals. As a People Strategy Consultant, your primary focus is to connect employee listening activities with customers' HR and business strategies and help them drive organizational change through valuable insights.
Your role begins by collaborating with customers to establish an effective employee listening strategy tailored to their specific business context. Once insights are gathered, you will analyze employee feedback data, present the findings customers, and provide actionable recommendations to address their organizational development challenges. Your expertise will also guide customers on how to leverage employee feedback as a tool for dialogue and enabling change within their organization. Additionally, there is a commercial aspect to the role; you will advice customers on additional services and feedback solutions through consultative selling.
In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to continuously enhance your expertise in organizational development. By consistently expanding your knowledge in the field of human capital, you will actively share your valuable expertise with colleagues, customers, and external networks, further solidifying our position as industry leaders.
You are a professional or consultant with up to two years of experience and you have overall knowledge of the Human Capital space (such as organizational development, leadership, change management, health & well-being).
