Become an all-round Operations Specialist and dive head first into the full Operations team! The Operations team is responsible for the availability of our finished goods (can & displays) & point of sale (POS) items. We create an accurate demand & supply plan, deliver on time & in full to our customers and ensure the right partners for the organization. In this Graduate Program you will rotate between all Operations departments of Red Bull Netherlands: Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics & Customer Service and Procurement. You will join the daily business and work on your own project.

Responsibilities

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Ensure 100% availability of our cans

• You are responsible for a certain set of SKU's and/or customers. Therefore you will join the team and take care of below tasks:
• Come up with an accurate forecast, on a monthly basis, for your product groups and/or customers
• Report our forecast accuracy on SKU and customer level. Analyze and come up with ideas to improve
• Place our order requests on a weekly basis to the production team to ensure enough availability of our cans
• Analyze and improve a certain process End-2-End, e.g. copacking, POS ordering or new product introductions. You will make a proposal how to improve in terms of efficiency, accuracy and performance

Realize the best service to our customers

• You will get to know all aspects of customer service and logistics process and become an all rounder. You are responsible for below tasks:
• Take care of our order to cash flow. Process the customer orders, contact customers about disruptions, process invoices find solutions to improve the service to our customers
• Weekly stock reconciliation between SAP and the systems of the 3PL.
• Support logistics specialist in managing our logistic service providers for Finished Goods & POS/Events materials
• Maintain our performance dashboards (service levels & costs related dashboards)
• Analyze our service levels, physical distributions costs and turn it into actionable data to either improve the service levels or to realize cost efficiencies

Fix the best deals in terms of quality and price with our suppliers

• You will join several projects and tenders with our procurement team, a selection of your responsibilities are:
• Update our spend overview on a monthly basis. Analyze trends in business expenditures and identify opportunities for improvement and savings
• Perform benchmark for our 3PL for finished goods & displays
• Search for the newest trends in the market that our company could benefit from
• Support the business in systematically and efficiently managing contracts in existing contract management tools, with the aim of maximizing operational and financial supplier performance and reducing risk
• Lead and manage procurement tenders from start to finish, in coordination with local stakeholders (and if necessary with our head office). You compare suppliers, you negotiate rates and contract terms, while maintaining long-term supplier relationships. The follow-up of the implementation is also part of the job, as well as a periodic contract evaluation with the supplier.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience (e.g. internship, traineeship or full-time employment) in a commercial environment
• Strong analytical skills and get excited when working with dashboarding tools
• You are able to keep the overview while diving into the details
• Flexible and results-oriented is your middle name
• You are able to switch quickly and do not get stressed by deadlines
• Familiar with ERP systems
• Proven track record in project management with the ambition and responsibility to own important projects and drive your own development
• Open personality and eager to learn
• Native Language Dutch, Fluent in English (written & spoken)
