Who you are

As an endpoint management engineer, you're passionate about IT and Endpoint configuration technologies and you have affinity with endpoint related hardware. You are eager to learn and apply new skills and you use your experience to resolve issues with our related endpoint services and collaborate with and provide guidance to your colleagues in order to implement new features and improvements.

You enjoy pushing yourself and your colleagues to come up with innovative solutions. You ideally have a bachelor's degree in IT (or a related field), and you have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience with modern endpoint configuration technologies. You have exposure to Microsoft Azure, EntraID, M365 and network technologies, and you're able to analyze business processes. In addition, you're a strong communicator and collaborator, are able to form a helicopter view and you have an entrepreneurial mindset.

Who you will work with

You will work closely with an ambitious and dynamic team of five engineers, all of whom are experiences with modern endpoint management portfolio, and some of whom have deep expertise and demonstrated craftsmanship with particular subsets of the portfolio. All of our engineers are encouraged to improve their technical skills and further develop craftsmanship, while refining soft skills such as consulting, problem-solving and decision-making. Within the Digital Workplace domain, the Endpoint and Application Management team works closely with colleagues from other teams – such as the Devices and Peripherals-, and the Collaboration and Productivity teams– to deliver a digital workplace that is ‘self-service, or automated unless’.
