Complex projects aimed at automating/digitalising business processes with a major impact on customer organisations must be supervised competently and professionally. To make these projects a success, we are looking for experienced Pega Lead System Architects who can supervise these projects from A to Z using their knowledge and skill.

This is your impact

As a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA), you lead automation and digitization projects for clients, leveraging Pega PRPC and other frameworks to streamline and optimize business processes. You manage the scope, quality, risks, and deliverables to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Your expertise allows you to provide thought leadership on complex challenges while guiding your team through every stage of the project—from design to implementation. You guarantee high-quality outcomes, robust security, and seamless integration with other systems. Staying ahead of the latest Pega developments, you ensure the delivery of future-proof architectures and innovative project strategies.

You bring this

• Pega CLSA certified
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Experienced with the latest Pega architecture such as Enterprise class design, Application layer cake, Data Modelling and Rule resolution
• Extensive experience with Java technology
• Driven to continuously develop yourself and others and share knowledge
• Communication skills in English, the will to learn Dutch and already living in The Netherlands

The coach who participates in our own Pega Academy and trains our juniors or helps Pega Senior System Architects, through our LSA mentoring programme, in the LSA certification process.
