The Sustainability Intern is part of the Sustainability Office and will play a crucial part in facilitating integration of sustainability roadmap into each brand and market strategies. They will also help coordinate the sustainability events, such as the champions connects, upskilling events and face-to-face workshops with the entire Sustainability Champions community. 🌍
This position provides exposure to the fundamentals of the beauty industry, allowing for an understanding of the consumer goods business value chain. You'll enhance your awareness and expertise in Sustainability matters within a business context, and there will be opportunities to learn about stakeholder management across various functions and countries.
Coty has put sustainability at the center of its company strategy as one of its six strategic pillars, with the ambition to become an industry leader in sustainability. The Sustainability Intern will be part of the sustainability office, responsible for accelerating this transformation. This team will help drive Coty’s Beauty That Lasts agenda across its three pillars: Beauty of our Product, Planet, Product and People under the leadership of our CEO Sue Y. Nabi and Chief Scientific & Sustainability Officer Shimei Fan.
