Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee our products' lifecycle, from market introduction to end-of-life, while spearheading initiatives to improve product reliability, fleet performance, user experience, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Your contributions will be pivotal in achieving our mission of accelerating the energy transition and delivering sustainable home energy solutions to millions of households by 2030.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement processes and policies to enhance cross-functional efficiency and teamwork.
• Lead the supplier relationships for the products that are in the field, ensuring timely communication, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives to improve product reliability, fleet performance, user experience, cost-effectiveness, and quality across the entire lifecycle, spanning from installation to end-of-life.
• Manage change effectively throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to operations.
• Support in handling, managing, and prioritizing software-related bug issues and potential improvements for the product fleet, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with the development team to track, document, and prioritize software and hardware issues and enhancement requests, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely feedback to the development team to improve future product versions based on customer feedback and performance data.
• Lead and prioritize quality issues for the products, managing backlog and prioritizing based on data-driven insights.
• Manage incident and product problem resolution processes with a customer center focus.
• Document and communicate lessons learned throughout the product lifecycle to inform future projects and improvements.

What you will need

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years specifically in product or project management, involving hardware and software products.
• Proven track record of effectively managing products across their entire lifecycle while consistently improving fleet performance.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills, essential for driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
