Purpose of Role

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and a clear communicator with attention to detail and an eagerness for operational and self-improvement. The individual would have experience in operations, project management, and/or global merchandising or product. The individual will be expected to support operations excellence and own connections across multiple functions including Global Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Planning.

Your Impact

  • Support the end-to-end process of the weekly line plan report creation. This includes ensuring data accuracy for report inputs, aligning timing of the reports and all related information based on cross-functional needs, and managing communication of any report exceptions.
  • Partner with global decision makers on data attribution accuracy to provide the EMEA POV while simultaneously ensuring changes are rolled out within region.
  • Support operational development including implementation and on-boarding of merchandising systems as the Merchandising system expert.
  • Support cross-functional teams as the owner of physical Samples which includes showroom coordination, sample tracking, and seasonal showroom clean-up facilitation.
  • Partner with the GTM team and Sales to support an impactful seasonal sales meeting.
  • Maintain an orderly Merchandising calendar that outlines the upcoming deliverables and milestones in the GTM calendar.
  • Help drive processes and create support tools for the efficiency of the Merchandising function.

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 2-3 years of operations, project management, and/or global merchandising experience, primarily gained in non-US markets, preferably within the sports apparel industry
  • Teamwork. Contributes to building a positive team spirit. Puts success of team above
  • own interests. Supports everyone’s efforts to succeed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal.
  • A strong interest in sports and fitness which will translate into authenticity and company connection.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of non-US markets, ideally attained through living/working in Europe.
  • Ability to work in an international environment with a clear understanding of cultural differences.
  • Ability to self-start and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English.
