About the job

As Application Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our suite of business-critical applications that support our legal professionals in delivering excellent service to our clients. You will:

• Lead the lifecycle management of our legal and administrative applications
• Spearhead implementation projects for new legal tech solutions
• Provide technical leadership and support to our professionals
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure optimal performance of our systems
• Drive innovation through process automation and emerging technologies
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations

Our ideal candidate

You are a tech-savvy professional who combines technical expertise with strong business acumen. You have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Management, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Azure technologies
• Strong background in managing and deploying applications, with a focus on legal tech solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure the firm's data and applications are secure.
• Ability to approach issues methodically and analytically to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Experience in leading projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Excellent Dutch and English verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into the firm's operations.
• Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with IT teams, legal professionals, and other departments.

Relevant certifications in project management, cybersecurity, or legal tech platforms are a plus.
