Global Head of Sales & Relationship Management for FRR OneSumX
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Head of Sales & Relationship management for FRR OneSumX, our suite of integrated regulatory, financial reporting, and risk management technology solutions focused on the financial services industry. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities across key markets and product areas. FRR OneSumX solutions are available in both on-premise and cloud configurations, providing flexibility to meet the evolving needs of our clients across EMEA, NA and APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the global sales team to drive revenue growth for FRR OneSumX solutions, focusing on new logos, renewals & retention, and expanding existing client relationships through consultative selling and solutioning.
- Sales Operations: Establish and manage annual sales targets, manage forecasting and accuracy, design compensation structures, and performance management protocols to ensure disciplined execution and field success from an end-to-end perspective.
- Market Expansion & Client Growth: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities by understanding buying behaviors, regulatory trends, and customer pain points in the competitive context. Execute strategies to expand market share across targeted tiers and geos.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Product Management, Customer Success and Professional Services teams to align on sales strategies, optimize go-to-market execution, and ensure seamless delivery for clients.
- Partner Ecosystem: Leverage and expand the FRR OneSumX partner network to extend market reach, drive joint sales initiatives and lead generation, and enhance the solution’s presence in key expansion markets.
- Performance & Talent Management: Set clear expectations for sales and pre-sales performance, hold the team accountable to targets, and ensure consistent progress against sales goals, be in the field with critical deals to role-model best practices, recruit and develop sales talent and foster a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA strongly preferred.
- 10 years + proven experience leading sales teams across regions in the regulatory technology, risk management, or financial reporting technology space, with cloud-based and on-prem solutions.
- Strong background in sales management, including target setting, forecasting, compensation models, and driving field performance.
- Deep understanding of financial services regulations and market dynamics, with the ability to translate industry trends into actionable sales strategies.
- Pre-existing relationships with key decision makers in the banking industry would be an asset.
- Collaborative leader with the ability to work across cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Product Management, etc.) to drive alignment and achieve business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in building and scaling high-performing, geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Proven client skills, multi-cultural dynamics and multi-stakeholder selling in the banking space.
