As our Management Assistant Finance will you support and perform various secretarial activities for the management (Chief Financial Officer and Group Controller) as well as support activities for the Group Finance Team. In this role, you will be involved in a diversity of activities that are part of a dynamic organization.

What You’ll do:

  • Preparation, management as well as attendance and follow-up of meetings and workshops
  • Support of Chief Financial Officer, Group Controller, and managers within Finance.
  • Calendar, meeting management and office administration (eg creating purchase orders for Finance)
  • Responsible for Know Your Client procedures and the administrative part of maintaining the group juridical structure.
  • Responsible for administrative aspects and support with maintaining the group insurance policies and programs.
  • Support role in Finance projects (e.g., contract management)
  • Working in a highly dynamic environment with a multitude of stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of office applications
  • Organizational talent with an efficient autonomous and proactive approach to work
  • Affinity with Finance and Administration
  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Working 24 to 40 hours and (mainly) in the office.
