As a Young & Bright, you will work closely with our expert Chiefs and directly contribute to the work we do for our clients. This hands-on experience will allow you to observe the role of a consultant firsthand, and combined with trainings and learning opportunities, will give you the right set of tools to be the Chief of your own success. 🎓

Sustainable Logistics Practice at AllChiefs

Within AllChiefs, our Sustainable Logistics practice is committed to accelerating the decarbonization of logistics. We partner with clients to deliver impactful solutions in key areas, such as:

• Logistics emission data calculation and reporting
• Sustainable logistics strategy and roadmap development
• Carbon insetting initiatives

The journey to decarbonizing logistics involves diverse solutions, from technical innovations to cross-department strategies. That’s why we seek team members who are flexible, collaborative but also have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

What do we do:

We collaborate closely with clients, working together to achieve meaningful and lasting results. For example, we helped a global client reduce their logistics emissions intensity through several actions, including:

• Creating a comprehensive global reduction roadmap to meet the company’s reduction targets on time.
• Identifying potential reduction solutions for different emission reduction scenarios.
• Supporting teams in the client's organization to successfully implement the decarbonization roadmap and calculate emissions.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an ambitious & inquisitive Young & Bright consultant with a master's degree in engineering, business administration, sustainability, logistics and/or supply chain (or similar). Some work experience is always welcome (not more than 2 years) but certainly not required. Next, you have excellent written and spoken skills in English (and a plus for speaking Dutch). Excel and PowerPoint are perfect for you, and any other technical skills you may have are definitely worth mentioning with your application. Then, of course, you have a great affinity with the subject of logistics, sustainability and ESG, you enjoy using a data-driven approach to create valuable insights in sustainable logistics and you would like to work in consultancy.

• You completed a master's degree in engineering, business administration, strategic management, sustainability, logistics, and/or supply chain or similar.
