Your Responsibilities:

• Manage complex debt collection cases from start to finish;
• Maintain frequent communication with clients, counterparties and other stakeholders;
• Contribute to the development of our national and international legal practices;
• Collaborate with the Spanish Desk, which consists of Spanish and Dutch legal professionals specialized in international contract law, commercial- and procedural law;
• Supervise both extrajudicial and judicial collection processes and advise Dutch and Spanish companies engaged in cross-border business.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• HBO/WO level education, preferably in Spanish law or a comparable field;
• You preferably have 0-3 years of relevant work experience;
• You are analytical, accurate, a team player but also driven and result oriented;
• You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, in Spanish and English. Dutch is a significant advantage;
• You have a healthy dose of entrepreneurial spirit that you would like to develop further and you embrace sustainability and corporate social responsibility;
• You feel comfortable in a multicultural team in an international setting.
