THE OPPORTUNITY

At Wella Company, we are looking for a full-time intern for our team with a start date of February 2025! As an intern, you'll play a pivotal role within our dynamic team, gaining firsthand experience in a global organization operating across multiple markets, including Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, and Belgium. This internship offers a comprehensive immersion into the field of multibrand marketing. Your role is to support the Head of Marketing Development with projects like sustainability communication, merchandising, CRM, multibrand promotions, business analyses, and asset management. You will focus on our full omnichannel processes, gaining insights into salon business, premium retail, and e-commerce.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare key elements in time for the launch of new projects: CRM, Social media assets, and presentations ready for deployment.
• Develop & maintain our sustainability efforts.
• Participate in sales cycle activities and deployment.
• Perform research on trends.
• Work cross-functionally to set and deliver plans.
• Bring your creativity and great energy to brainstorming meetings.

• Self-motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm, and a dedication to succeed.
• Positive and proactive with a strong willingness to learn.
• Structured and analytical with good planning capability.
• A flexible team player comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft tools, such as Powerpoint and Excel.
• In touch with trends and enjoy fashion and beauty.
• Currently studying Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field - must be enrolled for the entire internship.

This is a full-time internship, requiring a commitment of 5 days per week, based at our Rotterdam office.
