We are looking for an experienced Head of IT who wants to grow with us. Do you get excited about IT at its broadest, meaning from technical support to setting policy and strategy? About Your Job

• Establish and sustain a digital-focused working methodology between business and IT.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the IT roadmap/architecture, including collaboration with partners and overseeing various components like requirements, blueprints, and the future IT landscape.
• Ensure the alignment and integration of technology propositions of our connected platform.
• Oversee hardware, infrastructure, and related IT operations in close collaboration with Pon.Bike IT.
• Work closely with Product owner.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders within Veloretti and Pon.Bike IT.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and strategies.
• Maintain and enforce security and privacy standards.
• Provide support for user base with a focus on Amsterdam HQ and Almelo.
• Factory site support; install, repair, and maintain IT equipment including Windows/Mac laptops, printers, warehouse-specific equipment (barcode scanners), VoIP phones, network, iPads, and video conference equipment.
• Provide analysis and recommendation of technology needs.
• Maintain IT documentation and contribute to the collection of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Part of the LT (Leadership Team) and participate in LT meetings.

What We Ask of You

We are looking for a friendly, committed new colleague who identifies with the description below:

• HBO working and thinking level with at least 5 years of work experience.
• Extensive experience within technical support and with making IT policy and strategy.
• Excellent internal customer service skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work well as part of a team, but also independently.
• Must be able to multitask effectively.
• Must have a ‘just do’ and pragmatic mentality.
• Must be able to be on-call for network emergencies and work during non-business hours as needed for system upgrades and maintenance.
• Willing to travel to the factory in Almelo at least once a month.
