Join Our Private Equity Team in Frankfurt

Position Overview

Gilde Healthcare is seeking an intern to support the Private Equity team in our German office for several months. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international Private Equity while working closely with a team of investment professionals.

You will be based in Frankfurt and actively contribute to the full cycle of deal making, including:

• Deal sourcing and target analysis
• Due diligence processes
• Portfolio management support

An extensive training program is provided, focusing on essential skills such as market research, financial modeling, sourcing, and investment target evaluation. A dedicated mentor will guide you throughout your internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various stages of the investment process
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Prepare investment factsheets, proposals, and presentations
• Collaborate on deal sourcing and evaluation

Experience and Education

• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields such as business administration, economics, or corporate law
• Previous internship experience in corporate finance, consultancy, or private equity is valued
• Native German speaker with fluent English skills
