Validators specializes in communication research for top 200 advertisers and the non-profit sector. We have our own Innovation Lab where scientific methods are validated, and we develop our own analysis software that is sold internationally.

At Validators, you'll work for a small, dynamic agency. We are looking for a new Junior Insights Analyst with an HBO or WO background and proven research affinity/experience. In this role, you will be trained to become an expert in advanced analyses. Together with your team, you'll learn to manage your own projects and transform data into sleek (digital) reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up research and adjusting fieldwork as needed.
• Creating research briefings.
• Analyzing research data using PowerBI or Excel.
• Translating numbers into clear results.
• Creating visually impressive dashboards.
• Assisting in the development of new analyses and optimizations within the organization.

Your Profile:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Communication, Media, Psychology, or another related field.
• An affinity for research and data processing.
• A precise worker with a flexible attitude.
• Proficiency in software like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Residing in or around Amsterdam.
• Preferably available immediately (start date can be discussed).
