Product Manager AI and Data

As a Product Manager Data & AI, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of all applications within the Data & AI domain. Thanks to you, we are able to develop innovative, data-driven solutions such as the implementation of AI use cases and providing technical solutions within KPN's Unlock Data program. You prioritize roadmaps, promote continuous improvement, and oversee the execution of DevOps activities carried out by our partner.

Your Responsibilities

• You develop a product vision and strategy for the Data applications in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• You translate business needs into product requirements and work closely with solution designers.
• You drive Agile product development together with our partner organization and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• You analyze performance, set agreements on service quality, and manage solutions for potential bottlenecks.
• You initiate service improvements and foster innovation in collaboration with KPN and suppliers.

You will join the Data & AI team within the Network Services department. Here, you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals who are equally driven to further digitize and optimize KPN’s network. The team works in a hybrid model and fosters an open culture where everyone is encouraged to share their ideas.

You are a natural leader who easily sets the course and is capable of implementing changes. You can understand complex technical matters and translate them into concrete actions. Flexibility and a forward-thinking mindset are essential in this role.

Requirements

• A university degree and 10-15 years of experience in the telecom sector, preferably in Data & AI or IT chains.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex technical issues.
• Extensive experience with Agile working and demand management.
• Knowledge of business and operational objectives in relation to Data and IT processes.
• Experience with financial analysis and contract management.

• A gross monthly salary ranging from €6.576,00 to €10.389,00 depending on your experience, based on a 40-hour workweek.
• A guaranteed 13th-month bonus, part of which is paid monthly and the rest in January of the following year.
