Product Manager Assurance

As Product Manager Assurance, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of all applications within the Assurance domain. Thanks to you, we can develop innovative solutions such as the Digital Control Tower and automated Fiber Assurance processes. You prioritize roadmaps, stimulate continuous improvement, and oversee the execution of DevOps activities carried out by our partner.

• You develop a product vision and strategy for Assurance applications in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• You translate business needs into technical requirements and work closely with solution designers.
• You promote agile product development with our partner organization and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• You analyze performance, make agreements on service quality, and manage solutions for any bottlenecks.
• You initiate service improvements and encourage innovation in collaboration with KPN and partner Tech Mahindra.

You will join the Assurance team within the Network Services department. You'll collaborate with a driven group of experts - including solution designers, the solution architect, and the manager Assurance. Together with our strategic partner Tech Mahindra, you’ll work in an agile, innovative environment, with diverse nationalities, contributing to the digitalization of Network Services as part of KPN's Autonomous Operations strategy. The team works in a hybrid setup and fosters an open culture where everyone is encouraged to share ideas.

You are a natural leader, capable of setting a clear direction and implementing changes effectively. You can grasp complex technical matters and translate them into actionable strategies. Flexibility and a forward-thinking mindset are essential in this role.

• A university-level education and 10-15 years of experience in the telecom sector, preferably in Assurance or IT.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and resolve complex technical issues.
• Extensive experience with agile working methods and partner management.
• Knowledge of business and operational objectives related to Assurance processes.
• Experience with financial analysis and contract management.
