The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Developer
• Proficient in Salesforce Development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL
• Skilled in Declarative Tools: Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
• Experience with Integration: REST API, External Services, Data Loader, Package Management
• Customization: Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, and Lightning Pages
• Testing and Debugging: Unit Testing, Debug Logs, System Debugging
• Salesforce Configurations: Security Settings, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets
• Version Control & Deployment: Git, Github, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, CI/CD
• Agile Methodology experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication skills: ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Technologies: Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Core
• Platform Developer 1, App Builder, and Administrator certifications; additional certifications are welcome
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an IT or technology-related field
• Excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing

The Role

As a consultant, you will be the bridge between developers and our clients, developing expertise both in technology and the communication of complex concepts to non-techie stakeholders. We’ll provide frequent opportunities to share ideas internally and chances to present at regional, national, and global conferences.

• Creating Salesforce (technical) solution designs
• Declarative and programmatic development of Salesforce functionalities to meet business requirements
• Creating estimations for the work to be done
• Working closely with other members of the scrum team on the project
• Building integrations using best practice integration patterns
• Peer reviewing others’ work
• Sharing knowledge
