WHAT YOU WILL DO

For our Global HR team, we are looking for a HR Business Partner. The HRBP executes the business strategy through daily operational support in all areas of technical HR to Group Commercial and Communication Functions. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Working closely with Group Commercial teams to support them in all HR related topics.
• Supporting the Commercial teams in tactical and operational issues, HR strategies and procedures (recruitment, talent management, salary/bonusses, organizational changes, performance management, (long term) absenteeism and vitality).
• Building a strong relationship with all stakeholders via frequent meetings and catch-ups.
• In close cooperation with the HR Center of Expertise, provide the business with solutions across Engagement, Resourcing, Reward, Talent and Performance Management.

Responsible for the implementation, communication/facilitation and execution of these HR strategies and policies that are in line with the business strategy.

• Advising the Managers in the workforce planning, Dutch legislation and team engagement and influence leadership behaviors to support the People agenda.
• Assess, coach and drive the leadership and People management capability.
• Contributing to the delivery of operational plans and HR projects.
• Performing recruitment procedures, coordinate mutations processes and trainings.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• BS/Master degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
• 5-10 years of related experience in HR function with key emphasis on recruitment and employee relations;
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch labour legislation;
• Fluent in Dutch both verbal and written;
• Proven successful coaching skills in a strategic customer centric organization;
• Strong resilience working with major stakeholders - have a voice of reason;
• High learning agility, business focused;
• Proven experience of working at HR professional level or equivalent within a FMCG environment;
• Significant experience across the generalist HR skillset;
• Proven experience of delivering HR/People plans.
